This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with two or more years of experience who possesses exceptional writing skills and a strong desire to become a successful trial attorney.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis across various litigation cases.
Assist in preparing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
Draft persuasive written content, including demand letters and settlement offers.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies based on research and analysis.
Participate in client interviews, depositions, hearings, and trials, gaining courtroom experience.
Manage case files, deadlines, and coordination with external parties.
Conduct factual investigations, including interviewing witnesses and collecting evidence.
Stay updated with personal injury laws and regulations.
Provide exceptional client service and contribute to team collaboration.
Engage in professional growth opportunities and training programs.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar association.
Two or more years of attorney experience is preferred.
Exceptional legal writing skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and proactive.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
