Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SaaS Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our Software as a Service (SaaS) projects. As a SaaS Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring the successful implementation of our SaaS solutions. Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle for SaaS implementation projects, from project initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria, and develop detailed project plans and schedules.
Identify and allocate project resources, including team members, vendors, and third-party contractors, and manage resource utilization to optimize project delivery.
Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, status updates, and communications with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report project financials to stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
Establish and maintain project documentation, including project charters, plans, status reports, and change requests, to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project activities.
Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, sales, and support, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of SaaS projects with overall business objectives.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing SaaS implementation projects from initiation to completion.
Strong understanding of SaaS principles, cloud computing technologies, and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Experience with project management tools and software, such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Asana, for project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, senior executives, and cross-functional teams.
Proven leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate project team members to achieve project goals and deliverables.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and make data-driven decisions to drive project success.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is desirable but not required.
Experience in the software industry, particularly with SaaS products and services, is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
