Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst (SaaS), you will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for our SaaS products and solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, development, and quality assurance to ensure successful delivery of SaaS solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for SaaS products and features.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
Analyze and document current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for automation.
Define and document functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for SaaS features and enhancements.
Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to translate business requirements into actionable plans and technical specifications.
Assist in defining product roadmaps, release plans, and sprint backlogs based on business priorities and resource constraints.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of SaaS solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
Provide ongoing support to stakeholders, answering questions, resolving issues, and facilitating change management as needed.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in SaaS and business analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a SaaS environment or software development organization.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models, principles, and best practices.
Experience with business analysis techniques such as requirements elicitation, process modeling, use case analysis, and user story writing.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into practical solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in documentation and deliverables.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
