Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within our organization. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in driving the strategic direction of our ServiceNow platform, collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements and delivering scalable, efficient, and high-quality solutions. This position offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in ServiceNow development to drive process improvements, streamline operations, and enhance the overall user experience.


Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications and solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
Architect and configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB to meet complex business needs and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, support, and business units, to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop comprehensive technical solutions.
Design and implement ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems and third-party applications, utilizing RESTful APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, sharing best practices, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards to optimize processes, automate tasks, and improve operational efficiency.
Evaluate ServiceNow platform upgrades, new features, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement enhancements that drive innovation and value.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow applications, integrations, and platform functionality, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Define and enforce coding standards, development methodologies, and release management processes to maintain code quality, stability, and scalability.
Collaborate with ServiceNow vendors, partners, and user communities to stay current with platform updates, best practices, and industry trends.


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies, with experience in developing custom ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Strong understanding of IT service management processes and frameworks (ITIL), with experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow ITSM modules.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex ServiceNow projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, etc.) and ServiceNow APIs (REST, SOAP).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified System Administrator (CSA) are highly desirable.
