Myself Saravanan S a Graduate Sr UX designer with 9+ years of extensive experience in Designing user friendly products / features with applying well defined UX strategies & techniques.
Done several UX design related certifications from the reputed institutes called Interaction Design Org, Plural Slights, Linkedin learnings, etc…
I have worked in many larger organisations and successfully delivered multiple complex projects from various domains such as Fintech, e-commerce, insurance, Auto ML, Data analytics, telecommunication, etc. Target users are from both b2b and b2c backgrounds.
Having strong experience in working with many agile / scrum teams, managed mentored a design team (3-5) on weekly sprints, worked on tight deliveries, handled the stakeholders meet-ups to win my design ideas by doing cultured design advocacy.
I worked on responsive screens for web/tablet/mobile with Human Centred thinking. Created a design system Library in Figma. Having a good knowledge in Interaction Design too. (Sketch/Invision/AdobeXd)
Collaboratively, I worked with multiple teams like Dev team, Architects, BAs, Engineering team, PMOs, Stakeholders and having ability to understand how backend and frontend technologies are working in a software development lifecycle.
I’m looking for a challenging Lead / Sr leverl Designer position where I can manage a group of designers as well as handle a project as an individual contributor. I am willing to relocate to UAE to be a good humble team player and a valuable asset for your organisation.
